Shipping and Return Policies

Exchange/return Policy
Savvy Slings will accept returns for refund of new, unused slings within 20 days of shipping date. The refund will be your total amount minus the $5 (or international) shipping and a $5 restocking fee. NO REFUNDS on any custom items or customization.

Exchanges will be accepted for sizing/fabric issues within 30 days of shipping date. Exchanged item must be in NEW CONDITION. Please include return shipping of $5 in the US ($8 Canada, $10 Europe) and exchange form with your sling. Please contact us and we will send you the exchange form. NO EXCHANGES on any custom items or customizations.

Shipping
Shipping for retail orders is a flat rate. If possible, at our descretion, we will ship several slings to you (in the same order) at one low rate. Savvy Slings ships USPS Priority mail to the US and USPS Global Priority internationally where available.

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS TOTALING MORE THAN $100!

If we can't ship Global Priority to your country, we will ship Airmail Parcel Post and we require you to purchase insurance. If you don't see your country in our shipping list, contact us for order placement and shipping instructions.

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2 days to arrive at your doorstep. If you order an item and it hasn't arrived in a week, let us know.

Backordered Items
Items that are not currently in stock will be backordered in batches of 10. Once we place the order for your sling from our wholesaler, we will mark your order as "Back Ordered." We will update your order to "Shipped" once we send the order from our office to you.

To see your order status, click the Order Tracking button in the right column and enter your email address and Order Number.
