Order Tracking

When you place your order, your status will immediately show up as "On Order." Once we process your items, we will mark them as shipped. After one week, we will mark your order as completed, unless we hear otherwise from you.

Backordered Items
Items that are not currently in stock will be backordered in batches of 10. Once we place the order for your sling from our wholesaler, we will mark your order as "Back Ordered." We will update your order to "Shipped" once we send the order from our office to you.

To see your order status, click the Order Tracking button in the right column and enter your email address and Order Number.

Enter the email address used when you purchased your products, along with your order number, to view your order details.
